Event Tech Live (ETL), the only dedicated event technology trade show, and Event Tech World (ETW) have announced a community partnership ahead of ETL London 2026, taking place on 11 and 12 November at Excel London.
The partnership brings together ETL’s established platform of 3,000+ qualified event technology buyers with ETW’s engaged community of corporate, agency, exhibition and conference event professionals, creating a new format for how attendees discover and evaluate technology at the show.
At the heart of the partnership is a co-produced Demo Drive: a curated, community-led walkthrough of the ETL show floor, designed to help attendees cut through the noise and engage directly with technology that is relevant to them. Running across both show days, each session will feature six to eight exhibitors presenting in a structured format, with an educational objective built in alongside the demonstration. Demo Drives will be guided by Vanessa Lovatt of Event Tech World.
ETW will also refer selected members into ETL’s Hosted Buyer Programme ahead of the show, giving them priority access to pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors before general registration opens in September.
